     If you’ve ever found yourself forwarding the same emails, chasing down approvals, or manually assigning the same tasks over and over… we’ve got good news.

    Lupl’s Workflow Automations now let you streamline your day-to-day with customizable triggers and powerful actions:

    • Custom Triggers – Kick off workflows based on due dates, task changes, submitted forms, and more.
    • Smart Actions – Automatically assign tasks, notify stakeholders, or send updates to clients – no clicks needed.
    • Reduce Manual Effort – Automate follow-ups, approval chains, and deadline alerts to keep everything (and everyone) moving.

    Whether you’re an LPM, a partner, or a paralegal, Lupl’s automations quietly run in the background, saving you time and preventing things from slipping through the cracks.

    2. Matter Dashboards: A Real-Time Snapshot of Everything That Matters

    • At-a-Glance Overviews – See key dates, upcoming deliverables, assigned team members, matter email, and status updates – without jumping between pages.
    • Fully Customizable – Tailor the layout to spotlight what’s most important to your team or practice.
    • Real-Time Visibility – Keep everyone aligned with a centralized hub that updates as the work progresses.

    No more digging through folders or endless clicking around – just the clarity you need, when you need it.

    3. Outlook Add-In:  Bring Task Management into Your Inbox

    Your inbox is where legal work often starts – now it’s where you can manage it, too. The latest version of the Lupl Outlook Add-In makes it even easier to turn emails into action, with a faster, simpler experience and new capabilities designed for busy legal teams.

    Here’s what’s new:

    • Create Workstreams from Outlook
      No need to switch tabs. You can now spin up a new Workstream on any matter directly from your inbox – saving time and keeping context.
    • Email Context, Captured Automatically
      When you create a task from an email, the email body is now automatically added to the task’s Notes field. This provides essential background without extra clicks. Based on your feedback, we’ve removed the “Add Link to Email” feature to streamline things further.
    • A Cleaner, Faster UI
      We’ve simplified the interface to help you move faster. The “Add to Calendar” option has been removed, as most firms now rely on Outlook Calendar Sync for task and deadline visibility. (Don’t have access to calendar sync yet? Reach out to success@lupl.com.)
    • Minimal Permissions, Maximum Security
      The Outlook Add-In now uses the narrowest permission set possible. This means Lupl only accesses the specific email you’ve selected to create a task – nothing more, and no ongoing access to your mailbox.

    Whether you’re triaging client emails, assigning tasks on the fly, or keeping your matters moving, Lupl’s Outlook Add-In puts powerful task management right where you already work.
